Change Must Come

I will change the neighborhood I live in with kids selling drugs because their parents abandoned them gave them no choice but to live on the streets not to be in peace
They sell drugs and make it a lifestyle they do drugs because it makes them think everything is worth while
Little girls are whores selling their body to meet their goal of happiness and pleasing a man
She can't sleep at night knowing that she has a STD and HIV she didn't even know she was 3 month pregnant
She's only 16 and never knew who to settle with not knowing her baby daddy not having any help she struggles with it she wanted to go to college but daddy said she had no knowledge mom on drugs and daddy is pimping her selling her body from man to man she really don't know where she stands in life she don't even know how long she will live life deep down she has already died
kids killing kids because of gang violence or racial violence and our society just sits around in silence like everything is perfect but the things they do ain't even worth it a change must come kids run around knowing things about Guns at 7 years old and they grow up going down the wrong road not the road of love or success but the road of death and jail after doing time they think their life is hell but all it takes is change
change has to come for my fellow boys and girls they shouldn't have to live with a destiny that they can't succeed
