Change Is What We Need

Around my neighborhood

Around my street

From the city in which i live in

to the shoes on my feet

Poverty is at an all-time high

People are stuggling to get by

The thing that i would change

Is the Stuggle that people live with in their home range

Their lives are kept frozen

Only to live at the moment

If circumstances were different

They would become something magnificent, something more significant

Change is what we need

Not only in my city, but around the nation

That should be our creed

Let our voices ring

Change is what we need
