To Change the World
I see her walking alone in the crowded halls.
I want someone to say hi to her.
No one does.
She is nameless.
I see him with a black eye.
His hair is a mess.
The boys are laughing at him.
He is nameless.
I see her in the bathroom.
She is holding a magazine.
She sticks her finger down her throat.
She is nameless.
To change the world you don't have to have power.
Be nice to one another.
Just ask their name.
It can go a long way.
