Change the world one step at a time

What is our purpose on this earth ?

is it to find our own self-worth, or to sit and watch as others hurt,

Why is our earth so divided ?

I know I don't want my kid living in such a place

What is up with all the hate ?

Do you ever think its to late, to rise up and become the one to unite and stop this whole fight.

I want to change the world one step at a time, make world peace, make my future and my little 

brothers future one worth living in.

I will do so by getting my degree, by being a Minority I have gone through many trials in school already

but I am still standing steady.

I want to see more Minorities educate themselves, once graduated from College, I will remember all of 

this.

My goals are to start a Scholarship fund for Minorities, the more education we get, the more we are out

of debt, the more we can prove to the world, and the less likely we fall victim to it.

Like Malcolm X once said "Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who 

prepare for it today" .
