Psalm 119:138&140 New English Translation
138 The rules you impose are just,
and absolutely reliable.
140 Your word is absolutely pure,
and your servant loves it.
The absolute Will of God never ever changes
He reveals His Purpose through the Mind of Christ
The difference lies in a person’s limitations
And his spiritual condition, which explains this all the time
