"I want to take you everywhere you want to go," you said;

"because I love you."

"I want to take you to prom," you said;

"because I love you."

"I want to make you my wife one day," you said;

"because I love you."

"I want to buy you everything you ask for," you said;

"because I love you."

"I want you to be only mine forever," you said;

"because I love you."

" I don't want you to wear those shorts," you said;

"but it's only because I love you."

"I don't want you to go to his house," you said;

"but it's only because I love you."

"I don't want you to wear makeup anymore," you said;

"but it's only because I love you."

"I don't want you to take that long to answer my texts," you said;

"but it's only because I love you."

"I don't know if I can do this anymore," you said;

"but it's only because I love you."

"things aren't the same now," you said;

"you never say I love you."

"I think we need some distance," you said;

"even though I still love you."

"I can't do this anymore," I said;

"it's hard to believe that I once loved you."
