Changes

I’m a trans man and I think that’s known,

But deep down it hasn’t been shown.

I’ll never change into the man I’m meant to be,

I’ll never be seen as a man and I’ll never feel free.

I’m stuck in this meat suit and it’s wrong,

My soul has never been strong.

Strangers call me a girl, woman, ma’am,

Come on people, like damn.

I’m a guy or at least I try,

One more comment and a noose I’ll tie.

I’m tired of feeling trapped in my skin,

This is a war I feel like I’ll never win…
