Changes

She is all edges,

three-dimensional shape,

colors kaleidoscope in mandelas,

and punk rock sound.

I am all structure,

2D at best,

colored outside the lines because I am a mess,

music style not yet found.

She is the type to have books written about her,

so I must become the writer

She’s the type to have monuments of her

so I must start construction

I am the type to cause a fight

and she becomes the fighter

I am the type to burn myself

and she’s the one holding the lighter
