Changes

It is the year 2017 - the year of change,

In the beginning Miranda wanted friends in a large range

And she could not care less

If they liked her or if they thought she was more than a mess.

She just wanted to make her friends happy

But they were yappy

Like small dogs, and she did not care about herself.

She did not think about putting herself on her trophy shelf.

Her friends did not care about her like she cared for them though

And it took her five years to know.

She left four people this year

And she shed more than one tear.

But she found people that were genuine

Now she is ready for her life to begin.
