Changing Scars
Scars to your beautiful
funny concept isnt it
when they tell you that beauty comes from
a life changing liquid
They see what I show them
Then I take off the veil
and they may see a phase
But what I see is hell
I say that I love me
Im convinced that Im lying
I was fighting before
But maybe theres no point in trtying
Im told to conceal and
cover all the mistakes
create a new foundation
for scars I didn't make
But for the ones I did
I'm told to be ashamed
because pretty girls with pretty faces
dont express themselves that way
I can be told what I am
I will never know know what I dont see
How can I see it within
If it is only what im told to be?
