The Chaoitic Writer
The madness in my mind pours out of my mouth
in fragments of askew thoughts and drunken
whispers.
My soul leaks out of my crystallized eyes in
streams of nightmares and disfigured dreams
down my cracked cheeks.
The pen races across the page trying to get out
ink smudged words that spill my secrets.
The best writers are the chaotic ones, and the best readers
are the mad ones.
