The Character
Can I write to believe ?
Can I write to deceive ?
Can my character be preserved ?
In world where I might go unheard ?
I walk, in this mundane world
Realizing that beauty is around
But, its unseen
For to see it.
One must venture into ones mind to achieve it
Poetry, the minds gateway to the liberation
My liberation
To see these rhymes that tall and tale
Speak louder than an actor such as Christian Bail
My soul is unrest sometimes
It flails around like a fish in a stream
I cant express it
Because it whispers
It whispers in letters
Cold, hot letters
For the mind and soul can only decipher these things.
Only to make one wonder.
Poetry grips one to feel free
It captivates one to understand
To feel
To question
Our lives are dictated by such ways
Its only when ones words stay
Chanted
A revolution
Poetry to me is revolution
It unlocks the consciousness an brings use together,
For whatever that be
It’s quiet express that goes unheard
Like a flock of swan
Its sees you
But you cant see it
It grips you down
With unseen hit
I know
That maybe a little exaggerated
But to me
Its truth
Truth
I seek truth everywhere
But truth is undefined
Even as a scientist
Knowing sometimes
Never works
For I must venture
Beyond my studies
Something that can make me wonder
Bring me out of reality
Poetry
Poetry
Speak as it does
For life isn’t all black and white
I should know
As does everyone
But the line cant be defined sometimes
Only a written verse maybe my own conclusion
For now let the words guide to me to something greater
Now or later
Not here or there
That’s what poetry mean to me.
