Character

Dear K.B.,

You held my heart.

You,

Love,

Were the first I

Loved.

And you ask me to be friends?

No, I can't.

I saw a future with you.

I never said that because you'd get scared.

But I saw us married.

I saw our kids.

I saw us in rocking chairs.

Then two joined tombstones.

You see,

I'm a

Good

Judge

Of

Character.

Then again,

Maybe I'm not.
