Character and ...

Character and …

Philippians 2:3

3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory;

but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

It is everywhere and plentiful.

It is flowing like a river

after heavy downpours

towards destiny’s melting pot.

It mixes there and evaporates

to form clouds of “lightness.”

To return to the place it started

to fill an empty slot.

It starts so fresh and almost pure

until it hits its pay dirt.

It picks up dust and pollution

as through the creeks it flows.

It seems caught in devotion

that encircles the call of duty.

It can’t change will’s direction

as through life it onward goes.
