Chasing Spirits(in the dark)
History shows itself coming alive. I'm haunted by
the history of bad memories lingering in my open mind.
I've got my good memories locked away to protect in my
heart. History is like chasing spirits in the dark.
I set my demons on fire in the dark. Scars from my past
won't break me. I've got the cold chills when I feel like a
ghost town. My walls feel like there caving in by my haunted
history. Whenever I look for the good memories, it feels like
I'm chasing spirits in the dark.
The Washoe club is like a wild west show down in my haunted
mind. I feel like the Winchester Mystery House, in the dark maize
not knowing where to go with my demons following me. My demons
are as strong as Bobby Mackey's Music World, they don't know that I'm
blessed. It feels like I'm chasing spirits in the dark, when my demons haunt
me.
