Cheer your heart out

The feeling when you step on the mat.

Is almost like a panic attack.

You practice all year round

Hoping your stunts dont fall to the ground.

Shouting words of joy

Other teams you hope to destroy.

We jump but fly higher

All dressed in the same attire

With makeup and bouncy curls

A team with ambitious girls

We all work together on a routine

Wishing for people to be amazed when seen

Judges will not be prepared

To another squad will not be seen.

Just remember when in doubt

Cheer your heart out.
