Cheesecake
I really should not eat this slice of cheesecake.
Oh, but it just looks so delicious!
Ugh, but how many calories are in that slice?
It is always a struggle when desserts are placed in front of me.
On one hand, I want to make the healthy choice.
But on the other hand, I want to indulge in the rich goodness of the sweet.
On graduation day,
My best friend brought me a cheesecake.
Those differing phrases ran through my head, just as usual.
I decided to wait till after the ceremony to decide.
And when I came home and opened the fridge,
the cheesecake still sat in there.
It became clear to me just how quickly life flies by.
What is the use of making every decision so difficult?
Enjoy the small moments of life when you can.
Enjoy the laughs, and even enjoy the tears.
And of course, enjoy the cheesecake.
