Chest or Back?
Would you rather be stabbed in the chest or in the back?
I immediately know the answer
No need to think
Reconsider
Or change my mind
But I still find the need to see the other side
Unfortunately no light shines through my lens
Some thrive on back gashes
But not me
Face me head on
I don’t want to blinded by the deceit
Unable to see you coming
I want to hear your footsteps click against the floor
I want gaze into the deceiving eyes of deception
I want to feel the intensity of each stab
I want to taste your unjustified hatred
Backlash your confidant
Spit venom in my eyes
I’m a lion
Strength is always within me
Your cowardliness doesn’t faze me
But makes me
Stab me where you wish
But your friendship I’ll never miss
