Chicago Summer Days
Back in 2009
Me and all my friends
We were maybe 9 or 10
Just hanging out, Chilling
Running these Chicago streets
My house was the spot
Everyday we would…..
Meet up to go play,
Ding-Dong Ditch orrrrr
Hop in the boxing gloves
Hit up the corner store
For 50cent freeze pops
Everybody bring a dollar
Put on a $1 for a 2 liter or chips
But thats all over
I've lost too many
He's locked up, she's pregnant and nobody stands up for us,
But at the end of the day those were those chicago summer days
