Childhood May Be Fleeting

Wrapped up in boxes with the bows on top Or soaring through the sky across green ground. And your imagination must not stop Because adventure always can be found. It might be fighting pirates on rough seas, Flying a rocket through the Milky Way, Or at the beach with gentle ocean breeze, Maybe you’re keeping evil beasts at bay. Yet time has come to leave the back yard games. The world waits just beyond the garden gate. Remember, tis adventure that it tames. Never allow your dreams to grow too faint. Adulthood comes upon us very fast, But in our hearts the time of youth can last.
