Children of Hemlock

We are the poisoned children

They feed us our pills

"Take this, it will help you,"

We are told,

And so we do

But the medicine, it burns

It was never meant to help

We have taken enough medicine

And now we're immune

We are the poison children

Festering, blue

Frighteningly

Wonderfully

True
