Children Left Behind

Education has become a joke

Kids are falling behind

because no child left behind is blowing smoke...

Up in flames, Burning!

I wish that was the smell of brains working.

When children don't know how to read or write

and all they do is recite.

We have failed them and ourselves,

let's start putting better books on classroom shelves.
