Child's Fight

Each day I close my eyes I think of you Each moment I get I rethink the time we spent Your laugh is one I'll never forget I hold on to each memory you've granted me We never thought you would leave so soon God has better plans for you Here on earth we are still hurting yearning to hear your voice We miss the tickle in your eye All the dancing around We would love to see one more time You did just that with a big ole smile We understand your in gods hands What are we supposed to do now Nothing feels the same Nothing can take away the pain Crying doesn't feel like a gain We try to move forward Rewinding back to the pain This is a love we lost trying to regain Strength is one of the hardest tests Each time my heart beats it beats for you Each day I close my eyes I think of you Thinking of what fun you use to be vibrant and intelligent Just as any kid should be I miss you so much I do still keep in touch I say your name at least once a day I carry your memories with me So your always beside me This is tough Just way to rough I can put up a fight say I'm alright that just wouldn't be right Children aren't supposed to lose the fight -Jaz
