Child's Tightroap

(poems go here) She walks On the invisible line Between the shadows. Balancing, On the wire of hope Leading though life. Slowly placing, One foot in front of The other, Never faltering, Afraid, To look, Onto the cold ground beneath Where one Might fall… Unknown to her, The world waits Her entrance. She can never give it a chance With out changing her footing And stumbling. But she stays High above the world - In between the shadows And light - One foot and then the other. Never stumbling Always between them Always there.
