A Child's Wish
"A Child's Wish" The wish I always thought To be with my dad that no one could sought. I lay upon a bench under the light of the moon And I wish to the stars to be with my father soon. I wanted to saw thy smile Even for a mile And to hugged thy tightly With my arms so lovely. I never saw my father since I was born And it made me felt like a paper that was torn. I wondered if he ever thought of me And ask me,"What would you like to be? " Even without my father, I am thankful to God Who gave me a foster father, even I am mad. I am proud of my foster father until the crack of the doom And even the beautiful flowers were not in time to bloom. "O, Where have you been, my father, my father? " The needs of your child didn't you even bother? To your child, time you can't spend But I would love you forever, even time came to an end. O, thank you my foster father, for taking care of me And for molding me to be the best that I could be But if you mind, I had one wish father, dear That was to only saw my dad whom I don't know if he was near.
