Chimes

After a long stressful day, Week, Month, Year, You need a pause. A breather. To outside no matter the weather, more chaos, sweeter the tranquility. Just stand there, focusing on a point where the mind can wander outside to a realm, completely out of reach only for you. Despite the conditions, feel the presence of the wind. Let it fill within, making everything lighter fit it to drift away. Soak it just as every living creature benefits from the sun. There is no dosageof how ofter one needs. You'll know when reality rings, if you carefully listen for the chimes far off in the distance.
