A Chocolate Cosmos Among Sunflowers
Is not the first to get picked
She sits and waits and watches
As the others are deemed more fit
A Chocolate Cosmos Among Sunflowers
Keeps her head help up high
Although the others mock her
Her neck is not awry
A Chocolate Cosmos Among Sunflowers
Will never shed a tear
Will never turn her back
Will never acknowledge her fear
A Chocolate Cosmos Among Sunflowers
Is more beautiful than the rest
Her petals are full of color
Yet she is still oppressed
A Chocolate Cosmos Among Sunflowers
One day will be picked
Sunflowers will sit and wait and watch
As she is finally deemed fit
