THE CHOICE
Miracles appear disguised and unprepared.
We lift our heads toward the sky,
when things don't go right.
We fall short and fall to our knees.
Luck is a random draw.
Our biggest win means we did not give up
Resulting down under six feet .
Our mission is our intent.
Failure is part of life.
The eyes like open doors.
No curtain to pull to hide
Nowhere to sit and cry,
without being criticized.
We are never free until we learn,
problems were created to have a solution.
Just like every math equation has an answer.
Life has a purpose of confusion
We were put here on one planet
Together we are united.
Never to be taken for granted
My life depends on all living things.
Why battle against what makes perfect sense?
Addiction to long term discrimination.
Everyone puts up their defense.
Some taught from the time we are born.
Pure selfishness and greed
This can never allow anyone to succeed. Consideration and empathy are vital
This allows everyone to breathe
Our body is our temple,
some have never been inside.
Refusal to search deep within.
Its endless knowledge,
so we are deprived
No one to blame
Life has choices to make
Choose to lose,
or chose to gain.
