A Choice That Changed The World

Poor and hated

He chose to be

Walking the earth

Seeing that tree

A knowing death

But a humble heart

He knew that tree

would be a perfect start

An undeserving sacrifice

His people were lost

But his love for us

Was greater then the cost

What he saw was beauty

Behind that cross

A beauty so bright

A beauty without loss

He was a perfect Lord

There's no perfect men

There's not one of us

Living without sin

But because of Jesus

We'll be born again

In a place so beautiful

A place with no sin
