Choices

Teary eyed as I settle in for the night with the rain screaming my name drowning the world and all that would help me,

lost in a shell all alone in a place that's not mine to call home totally and completely alone yet it is as if there's a ghost of what there used to be haunting me wherever I go letting me know it will never be the same

The choices I've made will never leave me and the people I've hurt will never forget

I must change so they can follow me and we can be happy again
