Choked Castle

Once upon a time,

I was bullied.

The pain

Accusations

taunting my name-

WHO AM I?

and why?

Princesses always have trials.

The thorns, the thorns.

The thorny words choke me.

They surround the castle of my mind.

No one can help.

No one but me.

I use my hands

to PULL

to RESIST

to SHOW I AM WORTH IT

because I am. And I am a princess deserving a happily ever after.
