 Sit under the trees, listen.

What do you hear?

Cars, trains, planes?

Laughter, sadness, anger?

What about the birds? The bees?

Open your eyes, what do you see ?

Do you see a warm sunny day?

Or life wasting away?

I choose to believe in the birds

I choose to believe in the laughter

I choose to believe in the warm sunny days

Where life flourishes instead of withering away

I choose to believe in the bees

I choose to believe in the trees

Not the trains and the planes and the pain

I choose to belive in the awe-inspiring

I choose to believe in the dauning

I choose to believe in the breathtaking

Mind-blowing scenery of old trees and even older stars

Beautiful acounts of nature v. nurture

Mothers and fathers of all species tending their young

Astonising how we forget the simplcit beauty our world witholds

I choose to believe in the simply amazing
