Chosen is who I am

I am Chosen.

Chosen by one

Who loves me more than man

Who gave his life for me,

So that I may live.

Through the darkness

As well as the light

He is always there

Never fading from sight.

I have failed

And not always followed close behind

I have strayed

And not always been who I should be

But yet he still chose me

To be his

And one day I’ll see his face

The one who chose me.

The one who went through the pain

And the sacrifice

But yet he still chose me.

Chosen is who I am

And Chosen is who I’ll be.
