Christmas

It's not about the gifts we're so keen to receive

The presents wrapped in boxes set by the Christmas tree

It's not about the stockings full of goodies by the fireplace

Or peppermint candy canes that give your tongue a minty taste

It's about your family, the ones who love you unconditionally

Even though your days may not go so perfectly

Christmas unites us, it brings us together

It's a symbol of a family's love, which lasts forever

So what is on your Christmas list?

Is it a material gift?

My wish is for your happiness

Merry Christmas and God bless
