Christmas, Cats and Cradle

the wonderous day is near

a time of joy and cheer

but my wife and i are alone

our son and daughter gone

the words of the Cat i see

and i know they have grown up just like me.

Isn't it funny that you hear a song

it stays with you all life long

then you realize it has come true

it really was the story of you........they are just like me.
