Christmas Time Through My Eyes

My eyes, though left inside, see through all the cold.

The bitterness of the chill and the early setting of the sun couldn’t break me away from all the stun.

Christmas time might seem dull, for there is nothing full.

But there is one thing that you don’t understand, the cheer in my heart comes from those that stand.

Those that breathe and those who love.

So, see that Christmas time isn’t just about the remorse of what’s lost, it’s about what can come from the cost.

For love and warmth is all around you just need to look in order for it to be found.
