Christopher's Crisis

Christopher’s Crisis

I feel like I’m

Underestimated

They say I can’t

Play college football

I feel society doesn’t see

My true greatness

I have been successful in everything I

Dedicated myself to

A lot of times I put on a filter that makes them

Interpret my incapability’s

A lot of days I act

Lazy at practice

But on game day I show my true passion

For the game

Without that filter society, family & friends can see

The true me

The man who’s always worried about

His mother’s health

And when I’m alone my mind goes

Out of control

My thoughts bounce from

Place to place

The people around me may

Think I’m carless

Because of my lack of my

Lack of interest

And the way that

I always slouch

An how I don’t break my back for the people I love

Like I used to

But I consider myself

The most caring

I always worry I just keep my

Thoughts to myself

Sometime I start to believe I

Care too much

Because if I break my back for everyone, who will carry my wheelchair

In the end
