Cindy's Loving Stepsisters

Once upon a dreary night

Cinderella cleaned without a fight.

Meanwhile, her stepsisters basked upstairs

powdering their skin to make it fair.

They envied young Cindy's beauty and charm

but they never meant to cause any harm

Their mother had put them under a spell

which made them put young Cindy through hell.

Each night as the spell wore down

they cried in their bed with a harrowing frown.

Their guilt was so strong from all their menace

they counted six rosaries as some sort of penance.

Meanwhile Cindy had no clue

She figured she just had to put up with poo.

One day the stepsisters found the cure to the spell

They whispered to each other but did not tell

their grandmother who was oblivious to it

they finally would get to act on their merit.

So they went through the day treating Cindy like a queen

they finally wouldn't have to act so mean.
