The Circle of a Woman’s heart

There's this girl,

I know her well,

she's the girl hiding secrets,

of things she's lived,

praying for love to brighten the day, the girl who at one point would hide her face,

would cry every night,

And hate everyday,

she was the girl who didn't know love,

until the day angels connected her dotes,

her other half arose to the plate and hit a home run and connected their fates,

now her secrets he knowes,

and every days bright,

she not praying for love rather holding onto a new life,

this girl holds her head up rather then hide it down,

and last night she didn't cry she barely even frowned,

and everyday brings her laughter from the new love she found,

for you once saw a girl alone praying for love,

is now a woman loving a working man,

and holding her stomach who holds future hands,

who one day will smile and laugh just like her,

and that is their love,

a baby,

a daughter,

who someday will be able to say the words this girl once needed to know,

those words are mommy I love you can we just go home?

Cuz home is with the man that she's made a life

and that daughters the love she's needed all her life,

and that little girl shall never know pain

cuz that girls a woman,

 a hero

and a mother someday.
