City Of Dreams

New York City,

The city of dreams, or so it seems

The city where people will scheme to retrieve their one dollar dreams

It's a cold world, where the slickest survive, and the average die

We must sit around just to be told lies,

We're bullied by the police just for saying bye

They repay us by giving us 100 dollar fines

We take 1 step Foward economically,

And are told to take 2 back because of our outspoken mentality

They see a Colombian speaking

Curly hair, I must be rican

New York City

The City of deception

Where if one speaks their mind they're told to attend an intervention
