The City of Light

There is a sea of darkness, around me,

The waves hit me one after another

Friends, I may never see again

The conflict with my brother

But then.

I remember the city of light

Beating deep inside my heart,

Wondering: what the future holds

Lifting me up to the start

The major race I can win

The test I can pass

The memories that will,

Last

There is a sea of darkness crashing,

Wave by wave.

But,

The city of light is in my heart.
