CIVIL JUICE

Everyday, every hour, every way I turn reminds me about the days, the ways, the people who paved this path so I can walk on I now have the right walk and breathe the same breath as she, he and finally me no longer the beast, the enemy, a renewed identity. Head held high, walking in a straight line thanks to those who dare to be something that most like us are scared to dream. We've come so far, so far from the lynches of William and the yes master please now we can just officially be you and me. We are now together as a we Me. She. He. Be. Finally Nothing more nothing less but very much greater and every much gained from then to now the train shall ride into the future of everlasting equality.
