Clarity

Sometimes it all seems so easy

Where childhood can be simple and the vision of the Creator is warm

This life can still be seen that way

But when we grow older, God speaks in ways we have never felt as children

Wisdom comes through experience

And overcoming comes from suffering

Old age produces only more and more of this

That doesn't mean it's scary, it just means that we will have more battles to tell our kids about

The battles that God has already won for us

And the ways that we, as adults, have seen them differently now as we are older

Growing up.

Not so simple, right?

Sure, of course not. But it is eye opening

It is life changing.

And it is all from the same, warm Creator we call Father
