Clarity

Start the healing process of getting peace and clarity Reaching out to friends, family accepting free therapy I'm learning to accept the idea of being alone Although still scared of the unknown Finding myself and love that carries weight Learning to accept the possibility of fate Things will work out in the end or so they say One day at a time I'll find my own way Clarity- Jaelen Johnston 2-25-24

Just your average every day guy who is battling depression, anxiety and life in general. I write to get my negative thoughts out of my head and to be a voice for those who are not yet willing to talk about these diseases.
