Clean Air

Pushing yourself harder

Every pushup,

Every mountain climber,

Every sit up,

Knowing you can do it.

Feeling the sweet burn in your muscles,

Knowing its just lactic acid building up,

That you'll be just fine,

Maybe a little sore tomorrow,

But fine.

Childs pose.

Bliss.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Success.
