Cliche

I’m so cliche, aren't I?(Maybe)

Writing a song about love

I keep lookin’ behind myself thinking

Will he show up?

Will I talk to him?

I’m a nervous wreck, aren't I?(yeah)

Oh but I’m in love again

Oh this is so cliche, Isn’t it?(yeah)

 Just another kid in love

You told me the other day

Your parents were taking you outta school

Then I see you walking through the door

I run over and hugged you

On the verge of tears

I’m a nervous wreck, aren't I?(yeah)

—

We stay up every day talking

Can’t stop callin’

There’s no way he’s not getting,

Getting so annoyed

Oh but I’m in love again

Oh this is so cliche, Isn’t it?(yeah)

 Just another kid in love

 Let my love burst

Right outta my fingers

Typed out my feelings

I never knew I could feel again

Standing near you is like standing

Standin’ next to the sun

And I’m on fire

I’m in love

Oh this is so cliche, Isn’t it?(yeah)

I’m so cliche, aren't I?(yeah)

I couldn’t believe

I never thought

You’d like me

Oh but I’m in love again

Oh this is so cliche, Isn’t it?(yeah)

Just another kid in love(just another kid)

Writing a song about love

—

Oh, guess (guess)

I’m so cliche, aren’t I?(yeah)

I’m just another kid

In love(in love)
