Climbing Higher In A Valley Of Ignorance

Location

Constantly,trying to climb higher,

So that,one day,I can obtain ,

what I desire.

The passion inside of me,

an untamable fire.

I'll sacrafice everything, to

accomplish my desire.

I grew up in a region,

where racism is evident,

Justifying their cause,

just like it's heaven sent.

In all actuality, that is, Irrelevent,

could've been spending your time better,

If you were more, intelligent.

One group, ready to call another group,

a nigger.

The other group,is equally, ready

to pull the trigger

Now some one is dead,

can somebody call a digger.

Please, explain to me,

how any one,  of y'all,

is bigger?

mom, your son , refuse to be

a statistic,I refuse ,to be a statistic,

The thought of  me being,

anything less than,

great, make me ,

want to go ballistic.

I refuse to be statistice,

the thought,of going to

college always seemed, so, totally mystic.

Now a days, not many people,

is that into,college,

Im dying of thirst over here,

Can someone hand me,

some knowledge?

Please explain  to me,

how can you ridicule another, like your flawless,

but unable, to even afford college?

And yet I digress,

See this is why I study before each, test,

because I know that one day,

I will becoeme the best
