Climbing the Moutain

I have explored the lowest of lows.

My hands have scars from mountain fronts.

My wrists have cuts from when I slipped.

Although, there was only snow at the top I still saw the sun.

At the top I planted my feet in the cold snow.

I shivered as I sunk down, but I carried on.

As I descended I felt the sun come back.

The snow melted and the clouds faded.

Although, there is still a fog ahead.
