A close friend

You're mad cool,
A friend in school,
We go back to the ninth grade,

When our friendship was made,
We've had our times, but we hid it in the shade,
I'm glad no one's become a renegade,
And if it happens, our bond shall ricochet,
Like a game of silhouette,

Or Russian roulette,
Try to grasp what I say,
And cherish every moment in the day,
Because in the end we'll all lay dead like fish fillet,
So all I got to say Is you're a chill girl and there's no harm in saying "hey"!
