Closed Doors...

Closed doors.

Empty rooms filled with people.

Whispered conversations.

Silent Communication.

No relations.

Propped up like mannequins.

Vacant eyes and furtive glares.

Here but not there.

A million miles away, right across the table.

No relations.

A black hole.

An insurmountable gap.

Unsatisfying routines.

Cement walls.

Can you hear me?

Memories long forgotten.

Sacred bonds tried and true?

The earth quakes and foundations break.

Wires crossed.

Can you hear me?

Are you there?

Will we ever be the same?
